keepers are the same batting ability as batsman and there are already enough all-rounders anyway so it would be better to play 2 keepers and I am the only opening batsman (I think) so I probably should be in the side and he's decided that I'm not keeping.

As for the captaincy. He will only captain the PC XI team. In this practice match...Once the real teams are drafted. The team manager will only decide the captain.. for the team.

The managers concept is like this mate.

Once we get 18 players signed up. We will call for 3 managers, first come first serve bases they will be selected. They will only participate in the player auction to select there team (They need Vcash for that)..

After team squad selection, They will name the captain and vice captain for the team. But the playing XI will be purely captains call. but the managers have the power to make someone captain if the old captain performance is not good.

Player participating in the tournament can also become a manager.

The sim of the practice is done successfully soon the match will be post. Regarding the kids in the match they use it just for the practice match. When actual matches begin the kids will be done perfectly.
