None of the above, although they are all up there.
Will take one more Parth D reply then I'll post the top 10.

Considering the massive turn that he got, I'd say it's fair enough. In fact, of his 800 wickets, only 47 were caught by any keeper. That sort of ties into things nicely, because he has exactly 47 stumpings as well.
last discussionLast what?
There are hundreds of people yelling around during a match when you are playing infront of a huge crowd so such things shouldn't count as a distraction tbh. There are no excuses whatsoever. On the highest level you got to stay focused no matter what. Honestly this is an unfortunate incident rather than the fault of the twelfth man. This should count as a catch drop. You would've seen the recent IPL where the lights have appeared to be mode of distraction. You just can't help in such situations.- It is the over before a drinks break. The batting team has their twelfth man just beyond the boundary, waiting to go on. Suddenly the on strike batsman skies one down to long off. The twelfth man yells "Noooo!" and the fielder subsequently drops the catch. He protests to you that he was distracted by the shouting and that caused him to drop the catch. What do you do? The fielder was directly in front of the twelfth man at the time.
Lack of time not helping. I have my exams in the coming week. As soon as I get time I would. Hopefully someone comes with an answer before that to keep the thread up and running.Care to take a stab at the other three questions?
