It's an Online version of Football Manager. You create a team and start from scratch, and then play in leagues and competitions against other people.

It's pay monthly, but its currently still in beta. I was thinking of getting back into it, but I'd rather stick with '08 as I much prefer it to the often unpredictable engine in FML.
