  1. Don Bradman Cricket 14 - Steam PC
What should I do?

  • Play a season of just International Cricket (Australia)
  • Play just a season of County Cricket (Hampshire)
  • Play both (Hampshire and England)

I'm fairly new to the game and I don't know where to start!? Because I hate having to start the Aussie Int. season playing against the Bangas, Sooooo boring! But just playing County Cricket may get interesting? But I really wanna just play a full season and get stuck into it...What would you reckon I start with?:onpc

1. Playing as Australia, if you can just get through the Bangladesh series, then your next task will be the more exciting prospect of trying to get the Ashes back.

(by the way do they have the ICC Champions Trophy in the 2006 version of the game?)

2. A season of county cricket can be exciting, as there are four different competitions to stop you from getting bored...........besides Hampshire have a lot of quality players to play with (might be off on international duty a lot though).........and you'll start in the 1st Division of the county championship, which is good (2nd division of the one-day league though).............

3. Your first matches playing as England would be against Sri Lanka and Pakistan, which is quite exciting........

Personally, I would go for one of the County cricket options.............and while it would be more satisfying to start playing just as the county side and try and earn the England spot, it might spoil your enjoyment when all of the many Hampshire internationals go away to play for their country.....in which case you might choose to play as Hampshire and England right from the start.

Thanks for the advice and the info mate.

I might try and just stick it out (The Bangladesh Tour) and try and get my hands on that little Urn (..Well untill June at least - ICC 2007:p).

Ummm...I don't really want to coach England. I would prefer to actually coach a "team":p Like Australia.
