Does he usually get wickets for everyone?

Well, he usually gets loads of wickets for me. He creates batting collapses in both forms of the games. Match winner, and better than Piyush Chawla for me. Here's a screenie of his profile. Click it to resize.

I find him more useful in ODIs...especially when I try new players and the gamble fails...then, I make Ojha bowl 10 straight overs starting somewhere in PP 3 with an attacking field. They'll be all out before his 10 are over!
