I feel sorry for the people who came here after the Superthread's existence.

I came last October, but didn't start posting until April this year, and that was only in the battrick section, then I didn't start posting in normal sections until may/june.

There's already been a Superthread 2, which was a little too obvious, and I even made a thread that turned into a superthread before it was closed.

It wasn't even an attempt to recreate the superthread!

But as far as the superthread goes, it was a lot of fun, no doubt, but as it was said, we can discuss whatever we want (except gay porn of course - thank goodness) in seperate threads.

Still, it was good to rant about nothing.

I'm not sure when the downfall really happened, it was sometime between Duff's big thread and demotion, and the staff reshuffle, but a lot of members seemed to leave around that time. Some great members have moved on since then.

Yeah, the first to 100 posts game. I was leading the way with 70 then it was deleted.

I think there will be another golden era, in time though, they don't come straight after each other usually but I don't think times here atm are that bad.

I was quite very active during 2005-06 but lost my interest in certain places due to over-zealous moderation by a certain individual intended towards me. Now I am just happy to run few FC games and help Dean with Cricsim. Jokes thread is also pretty good and am always willing to help people with their PC problems in Computers.. section. Overall PC is a good place to socialise, a good mix of members from all over the world.

From what it sounds like, the forum has gone very much downhill. Even from when i have been here a lot of legends have stopped being so active.
