Sign-ups Oman's tour of USPC - 2nd Twenty20

Oman Cricket Board (OCB) have announced their 15-men squad for the their bilateral tour against United States of PlanetCricket (USPC). They will play two Twenty20 matches at Kings Cross Oval and Victoria Stadium respectively. The 1st and 2nd One-Dayer will be played at Euston Stadium and St. Pancras Cricket Ground, respectively. After having successfully secured a World Twenty20 berth in India in 2016, Oman will tour ICC's newest associate member, the United States of PlanetCricket for two Twenty20 matches and two One-Dayers.

Sultan Ahmed will lead Oman in both the formats. The wicket keeper batsman who has lead Oman successfully into an opportunity of playing world's biggest Twenty20 even in India, and a Twenty20 International status, will captain Oman in their seventh straight limited-overs tour after World Twenty20 Qualifiers. Yousuf Mahmood has been left out from the squad to make room for Bilal Khan who has picked 10 wickets in 6 T20Is with an average of 14.40 against Asia's best associates, Afghanistan, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates. Vaibhav Wategaonkar was also left out. He was replaced by Adnan Ilyas who has scored 239 runs at a strike rate of just above 100.

United States of PlanetCricket (USPC) have announced their 15-men Twenty20 squad in their home series against Oman Cricket Board (OCB). ICC's newest associates are going to be captained by St. Pancras Panthers' captain Saroj Padhy. Saroj Padhy has captained St. Pancras Panthers in two wins, but the main reason of his selection was a hundred He scored whilst chasing 220 in 20 overs. His hundred and captaincy skills earned him the international captaincy for United States of PlanetCricket. His partner, Gayle Storm also made it to the side with a scintillating 109 in the same game. Their oppositions from that match, Euston Lions' captain Mark Jennings and opening batsman Bon Bentham are included in the squad as well. Oliver Queen and Talha Hayat made their presence feel to the selectors by dropping a 105-run partnership for the fourth wicket as they held their nerves to successfully chase down 184. Sam Mishra's valuable yet underrated contributions have earned him a side in the national Twenty20 squad. The pacer Aravind Smith was a must pick for the selectors after his figures of 5/34 in a Twenty20. Nandu Chelackal bagged 5 wickets in his first FC and List-A appearance, and only conceded 36 runs in his 4.0 overs in a game too brutal for bowlers. Sam Parkinson was the only spinner to make to the squad. Bat Man was picked because He is the leading wicket taker of USPC's elite domestic cricket season with 10 scalps.

Fadhl Rukanah missed out after the beating He took in the previous Twenty20 game. Umair Nazim missed out because He hasn't been able to really score other than that First-Class match. Ali Bubere's inconsistency also leaves him out.
