Well i keep coming close to 500 in one dayers, but i'm still yet to crack it. Anyway, A. Flower at Essex is in immense form. Double hundred: (208 off 133)



In the next game, he scored 158 not out:



Unfortunately in the third game he went first ball, but in the game after that, he scored 148. He is playing so well at the moment!

I'll get that 500 soon!

lol, id be happy with any double hundred in a OD (unless it took 300 balls of course) . well done on getting so close to 500. i hope you crack it. the closest ive come is about 450, that was back in 2008, im in 2011 now and only get about 300 if im lucky.
