Hi All,
Just came across a website called www.moviemart.in which is based in Delhi and they are providing PS 3 games on rent.
Can anyone verify the authenticity of this company?

a.One game at a time pack of 12 games keeping time 30 days @Rs.3000 Security (Refundable) - Rs.3000 [Late fee of Rs 250 will be charged additional 30 days Validity of this plan is life time till the total number of games are rented.]
b.One game at a time keeping time 30 days @Rs.500 Security (Refundable) - Rs.3000 [Late fee of RS 500 will be charged for additional 30 days]
Note :No scratch will be accepted. In case of any scratch/damage full cost will be recovered from the security deposit.
If I take a one game plan,how much I need to pay initially?
You need to pay Rs 500 for the game rental and Rs 3000 security deposit which is refundable.Total you have to pay Rs 3500.The validity of your account is 30 days only.If you want to renew or rent another game ,you will have to pay Rs 500 or if there is any increase or decrease in the price of this plan later
How long can I keep the game?
You can keep the game for 30 days and Rs 500 will be charged for additional 30 days or so.The late charge will apply immediately crossing the 30 days limit.The time will start the day you receive the game and ends when you dispatch/return the game.If you do not return the game within 30 days the late fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
If I do not take the deposit back can I rent another game by paying additional charge any time in future?
Yes if your deposit is with us you can rent another game by paying the applicable charge any time in future
If I take the 12 game package,how much I need to pay?
You need to pay Rs 3000 as 12 games rental and Rs 3000 as refundable security deposit.Total you have to pay Rs 6000.
How many games I can rent and how long can I keep?
You can rent one game at a time and total 12 games.You can keep the game up to 30 days and once you return the previously rented game you can rent a new game .
What is the validity of this plan of 12 games pack?
The validity of this pack is life time.Suppose you rent 3 games in the first year,then you can rent balance 9 games any time in future.But make sure to return the game within 30 days or late charges will be deducted from your security deposit
Can I get partial refund if I do not complete the 12 games?
This is non refundable plan and there are no partial refunds.
How can I book the game ?
You can book the game on line by logging onto your account,call us or send us email at [email protected]
What happens if my requested game is not available?
We have put our whole inventory on line and it shows in your account which game is available at that particular moment.If you find any game not available for long time ,please email us and we will either arrange the game ASAP for you or buy a new copy and send it to you.
How and when will I receive the game?
A.We deliver same day in Delhi/NCR thru our field boys if the request is received before 2 PM.For all other cities we use TNT courier network and they deliver next working day or maximum 48 hours.
How do I return the game?
If you are Delhi/NCR customer you can return online and request a new game on line.Our field executive will come with the new game and take the previous one back.For all other city customers will have to send us an email for arranging pick up and we will organize pickup thru TNT.
Who pays the courier charges?
All courier charges are paid by MovieMart
How do I make the payment?
You can pay by credit card/debit card/JCB/ITZ cash card and on line transfer.Delhi/NCR customer can pay cash/cheque to our field boy and other cities customers can deposit the cheque or cash in following HDFC bank account.
How and when will I get my security deposit back?
Once you return the game with you and make request thru email,your refund cheque will be sent with in 7 days.
