Warner won't be playing Test Cricket so Hayden is under no thread there.

Now Jaques is back from injury, Hayden should retire so Jaques can get some match practice before the Ashes.

He has not played even a single First Class match!!

Jaques should be the obvious choice as he has done not so badly at test level and deserves a fair run.

If Jaques does not make it, Rogers and Hughes should be next in line.

I've been reading he doesn't even open in grade cricket. So absolutely no threat to Hayden in the Test side.
