Season 3 is here. After running a successful 2 seasons. The Pakistan Cricket Board have decided to continue with the highly successful Pakistani League, helping to bring out great cricketors to the international side. The season will have more ?masala? brings in new aspects making the teams better and allowing other domestic player to get more chances. The season is now a double-round Robin format.

Zaka Ashraf was pleased to announce the 3rd Edition of the Pakistan Premier League ​

Mid-season:
Each team will have a chance to release upto 4 players:
For each player I'll generate a random number from 1 to 100 on Random.org.
The batting / bowling skills will be enhanced based on the number that comes up on random generation.

For batsmen:
Numbers 1, 11, 21, 31, ...., 91: Increase in batting average by 1%
Numbers 2, 12, 22, ......, 92: Increase in batting average by 2%
Numbers 3, 13, 33, ....., 33: Increase in batting average by 3%
...
...
...
Numbers 9, 19, 29, ....., 99: Increase in batting average by 9%

For example, if a batsman averages 35 and the number generated is 7, then his batting average will be increased to either 37 or 38 for the rest of the tournament. It's either 37 or 38 because 7% of 35 is 2.45, and to round up figures I'll again generate a random number. If the number generated will be <50, the percentage value will be rounded downwards and if the number is >50 then the percentage value will be rounded upwards.

For bowlers:
Numbers 1, 11, 21, 31, ...., 91: Decrease in bowling average by 1%
Numbers 2, 12, 22, ......, 92: Decrease in bowling average by 2%
Numbers 3, 13, 33, ....., 33: Decrease in bowling average by 3%
...
...
...
Numbers 9, 19, 29, ....., 99: Decrease in bowling average by 9%
