Inner fielder's standing outside of 30yards circle is fixed in new patch?...
Is AI taking the run if balls straight goes to boundary line fielder's in the new patch?...
Can any one confirm this please...

What about the Stats of the players its doing 2 instead of 1 and about put more saves on it like 10 on don bradman and not 3

I Found there a new field setting start off innings too in the options menu

The AI scoring is much much improved. Played 2 county cup test matches with Yorkshire, both teams reached 300 to 400. There weren’t any big batting collapses either which was ace.

I need more experimentation but i THINK it is fixed. Played a match in competition and it did not count double.

here what someone said in the other thread if you missed seems to be fixed

Unfortunately, no.
The fixes i have seen so far are:
-Partnerships are correctly showed in Match Review, including extras.
-You can now choose preset fields without going into filter.
-Stats do not count double in competition any more (need more experimentation)
-In ODIs the AI seems to score more quickly. (Need more experimentation)

Overall a decent patch. I am very hopeful that the pace issue will be sorted out in the upcoming patch as it was not present in the previous games.

Anyways the work around i use is this: under physics sliders, set pace bowler max speed to 80 and pace bowler min speed to 60. I find this to be almost perfect with timing similar to Ashes 17 to pace bowlers.

When the AI bats, i revert slider to default.

All good things to see.
of course its a bit of a shame to already see the " Has XYZ been fixed!?" as soon as a new patch is released.

First career game with the new patch. We bowl out Tasmania for 67 and 54. Great to see things sorted with the AI simulating in career mode....

Edit: However, I just simulated an entire test match between Eng v West Indies. Pitch wear looks very good. Windies rolled for 157 in the first innings. England made 8/429 decl. Windies 473 in the second innings. England win by 5 wickets in the last session on the 4th day. Pitch and outfield a mess with footmarks. Promising. Hopefully the career game was an anomaly.

Also, great seeing empty stands on the 4th of the test.

The six distance shows two different values for one shot after the new patch.

any idea if we'll see things like the pitch progression on in-progress games, or only for new games?
