Well this was the first time i patched my cricket 2005, but it failed miserbaly. I first installed the 4GB Batpack along with the unique facepack, and then some faces, pitchmats etc. I installed Vinays WCC patch and his roster, but when i started a match, after the toss an ANSY error something like that came, saying a big file was not working, I tried many times but none worked. So i uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, and first thing i tried was Ultimate AI by sid, it worked, so i tried vinays wcc patch and that too worked, but after i installed the 4gb batpack and a few faces, it crashed again after the toss. when i reomoved the files of the WCC patch, it started working again, now i am totally confused:( , i want to play with faces, as well as an AI patch, what do i do, neither is working together, plz some of you gr8 patcher like Vinay, boss, barmyarmy, ste anybody plz help me as i have no knowledge of how these AI patches work

thanx in advance

You will only need to select ImpBIG the first time you run the editor. After that it remembers the path.

The error is for Ian Bell's face and means that it's not in the root directory like it should be.
The file is created when you install the unique face patch so you must have made an error during installation. If you go to your data folder there will be a file called face.bat.
Run that by double clicking on it.
Try running the game again and don't delete .big files.

Can you use the Player Editor thread (in the downloads forum) and post a screenshot. What is important is what the filter says.
Does it want the ImpBIG exe or the roster?

thanx for the help guys but it still doesnt work, i clicked the face.bat from the dat in the root directory all it does is create a ros file, so when i install the planetcricket roster it overwrites it. I when i extract the unique facepatch i doesnt open in dos, it just extracts, and says face.bat could not be found

Hence you need to run faces.bat. You are trying to run faces.exe.
The .bat file has nothing to do with the roster and will extract the faces.
Post a screenshot of your data folder.

hey finally worked it out, the batch file was in the root directory and not in the dat folder, my stupidity, srry guys for all the trouble, should have searched first as well
