I will explain you. There are 6 teams that take part in World Cricket Division.

There are 6 divisions. The winner of each division is qualified for next division lowest being 1. So if we win in this division competetion then we will move to WCL Division 5.

We keep winning all Divisions and qualify for 1st eventually. Winning First division will lead to qualification to Intercontinental Shield matches which are 4 day matches. Winning that will lead to qualification to Inter... some name I forgot. Winning that 3 times a row will lead to qualification and us gaining Test Status.

So this is the procedure
