PC AFL League

By the way, forward pocket goalsneaky type character for me please. (bit like Jeff Farmer, particularly when it comes to the off-field indiscretions) Would like to slot at least 8 goals per game, and if I don't I will have a sulk and air my grievances in this thread...you've been warned.

On field I would like to behave like Richo, as he is a fine, upstanding young (old) gentleman who is always calm, cool and collected like a cucumber.
Every league needs one.

Qooty I've removed you, with reluctance :(. Tell some people to head over here though to play, we need them.

To generate more interest, what would you folks say to getting one team of primary*, actual** players together for a start, and I can slot you into an exhibition match in the middle of the Interleague Carnival in late July.

Details are here - http://www.footypedia.com/qootyforum/viewtopic.php?t=141, where it says :

* To participate in a Qooty-approved inter-league competition of any sort, all players in the representative team must have their 'primary allegiance' set to your league. Some people are registered with more than one league, that's fine for domestic comps, but they must be clear which of the ONLY ONE league they pledge allegiance to in cases of interleague matches.

** To participate in a Qooty-approved inter-league competition of any sort, all players in the representative team must be a 'real' or 'actual' player. This means the name must be representative of a forum identity that wishes to be a part of it. 'Placeholder' names used to fill out a team, eg a forum user dobbed in without their knowledge/agreement, or an AFL player namesake, are not eligible. A team with in eligible players, is ineligible.

Well if we get enough, I can certainly do it, and aussie1st will be advertising this comp at the end of the forum awards voting, because he doesn't want to bump the link to the page down.

I'll need to know whether a team can be supplied by, say, the Sunday the weekend before. Just see how you go.

I am also mentioning it to a couple of other sites. I need one team, but can find a place for up to approx 5. They will all be one-off exhibition matches.

:)

Ok well Behind The Game have a team already ... put one together within a day ... so if you can get a full team by the cut-off (see post above), you'll be playing them. If not, they'll be playing someone else and you'll be watching from the sidelines :(

Well I'm not positive that we can get one done by then, we will tr, but until the 7th of July we can not avertise the league, but at that time we will certainly do so. So if we can get a full team by then we will definitely get involved.
