User titles lose their meaning if they get handed out too frequently. They are also up to staff discretion as to what is eligible for one, and this isn't.

Actually, The GPL which you know has been authorized by the staff, But, in that case, Shantanu should get the rights from the admins, then user titles are eligible. Because, there's no fault in running two leagues and having user titles for both of them as Cricksim has it.

Anyway, until 18th, i'll give this competition a try..

BTW, Shantanu, write the rules on your own, don't copy them from FA. There isn't any restriction, But, it's better if you have an original set.

Matt made it pretty clear to continue this discussion if you guys have any issues via PM.

I do however take full responsibility as I should have checked with the admin's whether they would mind, custom usertitles, so I hold my hands up to this.
