The first award of the evening is the Best Sub-Forum, this award recognises the most popular sub-forum on PlanetCricket. The reigning champion is the Cricket 07 Downloads Forum, let's see how they fare this year.
The winner of the PC Awards 2009 Best Sub-Forum award is...Cricket 07 Downloads Forum. The forum retains it's title. After being given the trophy, the forum could only say one thing, "This is a big win for me, especially seeing how the Mod Police always doubted me!"

The second award of the evening is for the Cricket Chat Poster of the year, a very prestigious prize, from the person who has won the hearts of the PC faithful with their ability to talk at lengths about the great game!

A big round of applause to the man from Suffolk. He always puts in detail to his posts, and is a worthy winner of the award. Renowned for his quirky sense of humour, some say this is because as a child, he was babysat by Frankie Boyle, others say it is because he has webbed feet!
When asked to comment on his success, Dan wasn't available for comment, he was later found in a bush outside Stuart Broad's house.
A man in Scotland was found throwing his kilt around following this news. Second? He doesn't do Second place!
Our AA man down under came in a very credible third and his contributions in Cricket Chat are always a pleasure to read and a credit to the PC website.
