Yes, they've had the misfortune that people don't know the amount of work they've done in FC behind the scenes.

I appreciate the hard work they put into the FC. It's indeed a misfortune that people don't know the hard work that's done behind scenes not just in FC but also in Sportsbook and Staff.

On the other hand it is voluntary work: of course it should be appreciated but on the other hand no one is forced to do anything.

The awards thing is really just a fun thing and nobody should read too much into it.
