ive bought this . is there an option that will let me assign controls to it in cricket 2004 so that i can use my ps2 joypad with the pc version?

yes, just go to key configeration in options. Game is much better with a gamepad...

do you mean ps2 joypad? or is a gamepad another pad?

I don't use a PS2 one but I'd imagine the method would be the same.
