PC England v Australia | Tests - Australia (3-2), ODIs - England (3-2)

Well we were on such a good place before the mini collapse. Good to myself with a stunning Ashes debut and to have a good partnership with Suren. Hope to get a ton in the next day.

That was classy execution of what we planned, 100% not even a single flaw. Well done Dipak! :clap

Would have loved if umpires had stayed conscious & which triggered the collapse,

55.5 Chaitanya to Ram, OUT, That didnt look so convincing but the umpire gives it out LBW Suren Ram 48 (162b 9X4)
lbw b. Chaitanya

Hoping for the best that we need to go out there & fight back as a team, exactly what we did in last test match. One more good partnership and we are there to create a lead past this score. Let's do it lads, good luck. :cheers

We trail by 257 runs... I hope we will get lead in day 3...

Yea, but let us aim for a small 100 runs partnership & then a couple of 50 partnerships.. And with that, our lower order tail should be able to get us past that lead. Let's set series of small targets lads & our skip will be constantly sending messages to revise the plans(if needed). Let's enjoy our natural game.

Haha, Pommies must were dreaming to take a huge lead until I get Ram. Knight was dispatched and then suddenly two more warriors were killed. :lol

looks pretty much balanced we need to get Dipak out as soon as possible

I think 400 might be a tad too high score for us to maintain momentum in the game. We're doing fine right now, 145/3, amazing innings by Dipak Cannizzaro (and what an amazing name there @Dipak). Hopefully, we don't collapse on Day 3.

Hopefully me and Dipak can hang around for a bit. Once again my bowling was crap :facepalm

Stumps, Day 3

Yup, I know this sim too well. This game is getting worse and worse for us now, great innings there from Dipak but was unlucky to miss out on his debut milestone. Bowling has been shaky we could do better.

Pretty competitive game. They're fighting back, and we're fighting back.

This epitomizes it:

Code:
32.1 Rustagi to Raj, FOUR, Varun Rustagi is quite unfortunate to be hit after bowling a good one
32.2 Rustagi to Raj, no run, That ball moved a long way away from the bat
32.3 Rustagi to Raj, FOUR, Varun Rustagi is quite unfortunate to be hit after bowling a good one
32.4 Rustagi to Raj, FOUR, Yash Raj is going haywire!
32.5 Rustagi to Raj, no run, Left alone by Yash Raj
32.6 Rustagi to Raj, OUT, [B][SIZE="3"]That didnt look so convincing but the umpire gives it out LBW[/SIZE][/B]

         Yash Raj 65 (104b 15X4)
         lbw b. Rustagi

End of over 33 (12 runs)
         AUSTRALIA 143/1 (lead 143)
         Varun Rustagi 8.0-3-23-1
         Arun Prashanth 0(0b)
         Umair Nazim 73(97b 14X4 1X6)

Think you can score on me and get away with it?
You answered it yourself.:p

Great bowling as well as batting display, Umair has done great even in the 2nd innings. Sadly, I couldn't do much in the 2nd innings.
Btw, VC please stick with Watto's images for me. Warner is too mainstream.:p
