A pleasing victory there, it always is but this was extra special. We are doing well in batting thanks to Nazim and a good middle order with Simo getting into the grove at a perfect time. My player needs to desperately get the form of the first test and I see no reason why the performance cannot be repeated. The SCG has been a happy hunting ground for us with 28 losses and a staggering 57 wins in just 102 matches (ratio of 2.03 wins/loss as compared to 0.8 of that of the Poms) making us clear favorites.

The SCG has been known for a rock hard wicket for the past few years so I will decide to go unchanged. An attack bearing 4 seamers and a spinner is perfect for a SCG wicket I feel. Only my player needs to pull the socks up.
