Is it can be a animation wallpaper!!!!!!

It doesn't stand for animation wallpapers. When it says, "A Wallpaper on so and so", It is stated for a non-animated wallpaper theme and we'll specify when the Animation themes will be. Keeping it simple, it will be like "An Animated Signature or An Animated Avatar"

Most of the time, Wallpapers don't get the animation theme due to various reasons.
