One thing I don't understand is the size,now it's given such & such size but people just give anysize they want now? That's kinda unfair on the people who follow the rules now isn't it?

Well i think for Wallpapers - Between 1024x768 and 1920x1080 pixels . So No Problem at all.

The avatar can be different from the signature and the wallpaper and vice-versa.
