PC Public Preview Update Now Available

Latest build tested for few hours again (ODI, T20) @MattW .

First of all, great job as usual.

Fixes
1) The edges are definitely improved now.
2) Those dropped catches are amazing. My batsmen got dropped at a critical time and I won the game :) (Amazing job Bigant)
3) The lines bowled by AI bowlers are definitely improved. As mentioned above, not a lot of wides. I see them bowling on off stump based on the field that was assigned.

Issues
1) Commentary issue is still there. Every time the commentator goes "Did not time the ball in middle of the bat". Please fix that
2) The animation for straight drive is still the same. (Looks like a cover drive but ball goes straight)
3) Sweep shot animation/power issues
4) Upper square cut animation looks weird. Can we add the late upper cut or something please?
5) Can we have top edges from a pull/hook/cut go for six. Haven't seen that happen yet.
6) The flick shot is going for bat pad (even on Ideal/Good timing) on many occasions. Please fix that.
7) The on side drive is a bit low on power. I personally felt that. Would like to see more people comment on that.

Major Pending items (No updates from Big ant on that)
1) Batsmen turning back issue (going on from a long long time). Batsman is still taking time when a run is canceled on many occasions.
2) Batsmen still walks out of his crease when a ball is left
3) Commentary issues
a) When I hit a back foot pull, on few occasions the commentator goes "A back foot square cut"
b) When a new commentator is introduced, all they say is "hello, good morning" and go quiet. (They should talk a bit about the game)

This one could be an enhancement
c) Commentators must have some sort of discussions (game analysis, previous games, generic chat, cricket/non cricket related conversations) etc.




Exactly bro, some analysis kind of conversations are really needed to make it more real.

And

1. In cloudy weather the shadows are looking like it is in a sunny weather. Shadows should be a bit dull. Otherwise there is no need to keep overcast or rainy weather.

2. In case of a rainy weather. The game starts with reducing it's 20% of overs in limited over games. In 20 over game it is reduced to 16, in 10 over game it is reduced to 8 over. This is not real. DLS method was perfectly implemented in DBC 14. If possible then please try to implement that.

3. In case of licensed players, It is allowed to adjust their skill sliders but you guys locked editing kits. There is no meaning to lock edit kits option.

1)Is the mini game fielding issue resolved in the inner circle? Where the fielders didn't throw the ball on time and as a result single could never be prevented?
2) Is there a Free hit now for every type of no ball?
Everything else seems quite good at the moment from the reviews coming from the pc preview build players...

What will AI batsman do Last ball 6 runs required ?

1 - Hit for 6
2 - Try to hit slog but misses
3 - A Misstime shot catched or miss catched
4 - Defend shot
5 - Go for 1-2 run
 
The minimum requirement is a 2GB graphics card - I can't guarantee functionality or visuals on cards not meeting that.
@MattW , please get the grass patterns back, as it's always a cross-hatch field irrespective of what's selected.

Does the pull shots carry over boundary line with this patch?

Currently in ps4 build even timed shots does not go all the way for sixes .
 
Poor shot choice , still ball is running towards the boundary.
In case of poor shot choice there should be some edges.

The best way to analyse a shot is to see it yourself, the sound of bat, the part of bat it connected and the way its traveling..

Is there a reason the game lags a lot I have a powerful gaming laptop and have the game on low graphics
I have no problems running other games like gta 5

Will the England kits be updated as they have now changed?
