Mmmm: I have played dabi a few times me thinks so that should be cool: dont care which team I get just want to play. Most of the guys involved know me as a fair player, even though I am not that good, so.........................

Well that makes it 9! If everyone can play everyone (I can play Duthad, not sure about Reno and Amber) we'll go with a 8 team tournament, with 7players confirmed (through random draws) and the other 2 could have 3 10 over matches and the winner would be the 8th player. I think that seems fair...right?

It would be really helpful if everyone could play those who they are unsure about, and then get back here! I'm sorry for the late replies, actually I was busy with my university cricket team and now I'm having my finals (last one tomorrow).

I need to play with riz7khan, muchmore, amber and reno...whenever you're free pls PM me and we'll set up a time. (Again I apologize if I do not reply / reply late).

Not sure about th rest, I just wrote these here so it's easier for all to remember. But do set up practice games as soon as possible, all we really need to see is whether we can all connect to each other.

Low preference:
1) NO - Advance down the track
2) NO - more than 1 fast bowler
3) Yes - minimum 4 overs of Spin bowling by a 'specialist' spinner

Preferred:
1) NO - Custom fields
2) Yes - minimum 4 overs of Spin bowling
3) NO - more than 2 Fast bowlers

MUST:
1) NO - exploitation of lag by changing cursor at the last second. No deliberate changing of yorkers to bouncers or outside off to outside leg. - You do this, and I am not gonna play you again EVER.

Ok I can play with Muchmore, Dabi, msspeed, diablo(played earlier), jaraarrow(played with him earlier), reno

Still has to try with rezkhan. Let me know if I have missed anyone.

Also Muchmore, to an extent I agree with you regarding the changing of cursors from bouncer to yorker and vice versa but i think horizontal movement shud be fine. Also coming down the track is fun in itself so wud suggest that we shud have it. Wat the others think ?

crickprt-MOL : connected; he complained of unplaable lag but said it might be 'coz of connection issues at his end.. so might work out with him

According to me...

1. Only 1 fast bowler, as all the national teams dont have more than 1 and also it is very difficult to play fast bowlers with lag..

2. 4 overs of spinner (specialist spinner not necessary)

3. No moving of bowling cursor at the last second as mentioned by muchmore.

4. If using custom field, then cant place more than 2 close catchers(i.e. only a regular slip and somewhere like short xtra cover or mid wickt and no leg slip) and not just pack the offside area and keep bowling outside the offstump...

5. And i think advance down the wicket is ok...

Muchmore is officially the first guy to have played everyone and thus I'll add his name to the list.
Also since atleast 5 members have voted in favor of having only a single fast bowler, I've edited the rules.
Issues that remain :
spinners: (so far: Jara, Muchmore & mspeed in favor, indian11 and Dabi against)
Cursor Movement: [Dabi in favor (of only slight movement), mspeed, Muchmore against]
Field Placings: (Dabi in favor, Jara, Muchmore & mspeed opposed)
Yorker strategy (continuously bowling yorkers) : (Dabi opposed)
Bouncer strategy (same as above): (Dabi opposed)
