How can I get pitch condition before the toss?

You can look at the pitch in the background and work out what it is. No other way.

Or set pitch ads for different pitch types and look at that to get an idea....

How can you do that ...I am curious ....I'm not into too much changes to my game excepting a few changes to uniforms and bats!!

Use GI 2/3 to import new pitch ads on to different pitches.
There are plenty of Pitch Ads up from download from Pepsi to Planet Cricket ads!
Just do a search for whichever one you want. Be sure to read the readmes as well.
