Its not too tough actually, You will get the hang of it in a few sessions.
Basically you are a formula 1 driver, and you have to fine tune your car for the qualifications and the races.

Work in tandem with your teammate to get the perfect setup.
A good strategy is also important to help you win races. If you go too aggressive, you are likely to commit errors or even crash out of the race.

PS : Just to add to that, it really doesnt matter much what car you are in. Last season we had Force India getting 1st and second places. A good strategy and setup will help you stay at the top

I've joined as I said above, but I don't really understand it. When do we race and how do I join a race? I have done the password PlanetCricket thing and I'm in that league, but when do we race and can I practice anywhere?

ok go on garage>car setup at the top and change your settings, or don't if you wish and click test. that does a practice lap for you. you get 4 practice laps. also you can change your qualifying and race stratergy's. play around and see what is best for you

Ah ok thanks DP.

After a bit of fiddling I managed to get to 9th in the Practice. Not bad for my first time but hopefully I can do better in the next test. When can you test again?
