The player comes up for auction, and is auctioned as normal. Once the player receives no further bids, the auctioneer will announce him sold. Then, he will ask if the players’ regional team wishes to use an RTM card. For example if Smith was sold at 2M to some other team then I can use RTM on him and get him at 2M as he is from my region..
