The group stage of the competition will begin this Sunday (22nd November) each team will play 3 matches with the top two teams progressing to the 'Cup' knock-out phase, from there the teams will be reduced to 8, then 4 until there are only 2 teams left. The 2 remaining teams will play in the final and the winner of the final will be declared champion. Similarly the bottom two teams will progress to the 'Plate' knock-out phase which follows the same format as the Cup knock-out.
