A lot of people don't even acknowledge Kallis' accomplishments (due to some strange reason) and like you said,we've secured a world class keeper as well as the best ever skipper who doesn't choke.
Kallis is just a big phat choker with unreal stats.I never pick him in any leagues
Who knows how bad MSD may own the poms this summer...

I find it interesting to compare pick numbers here with those over on CW and Cricsim.

KP was number 44 over on CW and 38 on Cricsim. Still, I reckon he's not a bad pick. Good record for England, just not that great recently iirc.

Kallis was 1 on both CW and Cricsim and deservedly so tbh

Amla was 16 on CW and 44 on Cricsim. If this was OD he'd be gun, but because this is FC cricket he's not as good.

How did Steyn fare? I bet he would've been in the top 10 picks.

As an addition to the question in the poll, did you consider an auction for the top international players, it's too late now, but like Sartaj did with his WPL, each team had a set budget and if a bid isn't outbid within 24 hours, they are declared sold.

It's still a fair way of conducting it, and people won't be put off by having to wait ages.
