Also, we have our doctor and role-blocker alive we could still stop 'em, but if Riz's alive on the night, it will be almost a sure kill for mafia, preferably me, for I can't role-block him, and Ollie probably can't protect me.

The thing is, if the cult lives, and the mafia dies, they are likely to get the killing role. And we have no idea on who the cult is (barring Tom). So if Tom recruits tonight we are probably on the face of a dilemna, whos the cult? And that will be harder. Someone is going to die tonight, whether its by the hands of the mafia or cult, we wont know.

This is extremely interesting! I found the mention of IPL in the writeup a bit odd, but maybe it was the reference to cult?

I am not cult for sure, I'm happy to be investigated. Infact, look back, I had myself suggested a possibility of cult, with Highlander and Ollie the suspected members.

Maybe this is a dynamic element added by the mods to increase the game length, considering we've got all the mafia.

I'm a bit confused, because my role says, I'm involved in a war between 'mafia and townies'. This part doesn't reveal the existence of a cult.

Anyway, I guess Varun's right here, we should definitely get rid of the mafia today, because, otherwise, we may be wasting day periods trying to get to the cult while the mafia is able to kill freely.

The point I am trying to make here is that Its possible that the cult may acquire the killing power if we kill all the mafia. Then there will be a death at night, and possible recruitment.

Yes this is what puzzles me. We would never have known, the only possible explanation I can come up with is that he might just have been given this role tonight? I mean look at Varuns mafia game, they were hidden roles when certain things happened or someone evolved.

You know what, I think you are lieing. You could be the cop/most likely are, but you have been zero help to us so far. You have investigated guys that have ended up dead, and me and p-number. It would seem pretty obvious I was townie considering I kept moaning about someone being injured who was eventually healed, whereas P-number just had to be town otherwise the nights would not have made sense. So have you even used your role properly? You didnt check out guys like Ollie or Abhas, two players I would have checked out at the start of the game. At best you have played a single game, havent made some astonishing discoveries. Are we even sure there is a cop in this game? Because the closest one we seem to have gotten, has been no use for us so far

I think you are the cult, whether the one most likely changed in the middle of the game, or were from the start, it doesnt matter that much. I think Riz isnt our biggest danger its you. You probably have recruited someone, or in the process of doing so, which could help balance the favour on the cult side.

Thats possible, he may have been recruited. Well the only thing we have to see is who comes to his defence..

Right that makes sense A) Varun blocks Riz and no one dies so you go after me. B) You all of a sudden keep trying to pin me down as a cult member out of the blue after claiming something about you now being a cop which is very strange. C) So beside the fact you are taking attention away from the now known mafia to try and get one of the power players lynched I think it would be quite a good assumption you are now no-longer pro townie

A) Varun role blocks riz, and no deaths = Riz is mafia. I havent said anywhere that he isnt. I would be the first to claim hes mafia.

B) Which makes it even worth looking over? Why would I pin you out when all the game seems to be finished? Because it isnt. You are the cult, and why would I draw unnecessary attention to myself? Its obvious the towns going for a mafia, so why one earth would I play a stupid move to get myself into attention?

C) I am no longer pro-town? Lol, I am a mason confirmed my PSquared's death, confirmed townie by my well documented poison situation. You even checked me I am town, so I cant be the mafia. IF I was cult why would I come out in the open with this theory? It would be wiser to let Riz die, acquire the killing power and then play again. I would be the last person to be suspected as an anti-town so due to all thats happened.

Power role? You have just wasted your role, I am even doubting you had it considering its got us nowhere

I will reinforce my point. Riz is 99% mafia, Tom is definetly cult, and if he lives hes likely to recruit someone (or already has) and possibly kill another townie at night. That puts the townies down by a further two people. If Tom is lynched today, we may lose a townie tonight, but we can lynch out Riz tomorrow.

Listen to me guys, why would I be coming out with this absurd theory at this point of time? Cuz after all, truth is stranger than fiction.

I'm gonna have to have a look at all the new evidence in the morning and come to a conclusion then. Riz is basically mafia, but then we said that about PSquared yesterday and he wasn't, whilst Tom looks like he could be cult.

I've already given an outline on who I investigated and why and BKB makes a claim, assumes everyone should believe him because he is "credible". You say yourself, maybe your investigation was wrong, but hey if you want to shoot yourselves in the foot be my guest. Maybe I can be recruited by the cult it certainly didn't say that in my PM I first received and I haven't received any corespondence from cult or mod's about recruitment since then, so basically your reasons for lynching me BKB are that a role (which you yourself said could be wrong) is saying I am cult and the fact I haven't been able to reveal much with my role (for the fact that the first couple of nights they either ended up dead or my original targets were switched around, coupled with the fact I was roleblocked one night as well)

From someone who is meant to be intelligent that is horrific game play on your behalf BKB

OK, I see what's happening here. Since we killed his Mason partner, BKB has become vengeful, and must have received a role to kill the hammer voter of his partner, or to kill all those who voted one by one.

I'm not sure if he kills Tom, what outcome this has.. does he win, leaving the town defeated, or does he win with the town, or if he doesn't die, he loses? I suppose its either the first case, or the third.

I'll wait for BKB to post. Easy on the votes till the time.

Riz not posting at all is getting me annoyed, and I'll be trigger-happy in that case.

Also, I can't see how BKB's so sure that the cult, if any, has only 1 member so far, and they haven't played a role so far?
So far I havn't seen any cult with a killing role, IIRC, and his assumption of them getting a killing role after this night is not totally believable.

We're not sure if we've got all the mafia yet either.

As I see it, it's a case of who do we save, BKB or Highlander. With BKB there's a risk of losing the game, and Tom, there's the risk of losing another townie apart from Tom himself.
