We're seeing if it has any impact on our ability to get good new users on the forums, by allowing them to post immediately and not have to wait until a moderator is online.

Obviously the levels of spam that are getting through make that hard to continue.

Is it possible to remove unique numbers at end of the link for each user's profile?

For e.g., my profile link is
http://planetcricket.org/forums/members/fenil. 76556/

Is it possible to make it like we had in vbulletin?

I often search members by their names in the links. Removing those numbers will make searching profiles much easier.
