I just remembered I had a pink username. But since VCash shop was down, my pink color was too..

Its not coloured username. This feature name is "It Glows!" - You need 2,000,000 vcash for this. You can buy this from vcash shop, via profile changes section.

I don't know much about technical side of that feature but from what I know, the banners were custom made through admin cp. Hence it is still there.

I once purchased RCB banner and had hidden it in my inventory after completion of the IPL season. But since the feature was disabled, I lost all the things from inventory. I asked Phil to award me the banner manually through admin panel and thankfully, he did. Contact one of the admins and they will award you the lost item manually.

You need to earn vcash again and then buy items as usual. What happened prior to vshop going down, think of as happy memories!

Just tried getting the custom postbit background, don't seem to find any options to change the colour and also the default one doesn't seem to make a difference.

I've had this confirmed as an issue - you should be able to refund the item for the full value.

I can set some up with fixed colours if people have requests.
