players and money(ICC06) Help plz!!!!

I bought ICC06 just last week and im starting a full game with surrey!!!
I wanted to ask can i buy players outside the Surrey Youth, cant i buy professional players? if yes then how??

Also if you ran out of all your money in your budget then will you earn more money as the season goes o or not or do your have to rely on a certain amount, cause i have used all my money buying a youth player, will i get more money????

can someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to ICC06. In your first season you can only sign youth at the end of the season you can sign professionals. You get money from winning trophies and finishing in high places in the league etc. But yes you do get money at the en dof the year.
