Progam Error - Divide by zero error.

When I first installed TIM Editor, it worked fine but now when I try to export bmps to TIM format I get an error message saying "Division by Zero" error. Exporting TIM to bmp works fine.I tried rebooting the system and unistalling and reinstalling the tim editor but no use. Can anyone help?

U must export to a TIM file that already exists .Can't create a new TIM file.
