PS4: F15 Champions League
Hey guys, I would like to start an online tournament for PS4 users based in India (since lag and disconnects are big issues while playing players from other countries)
There are gonna be few rules to make it fair and balanced gameplay.
It is gonna be F15 tournament. 15 overs each side.
Rules:
Field restrictions: 5-4 field on either side anytime.
Difficulty Mode: Veteran
Batting rating: 90 max
Bowling rating: 85 max
Fielding rating: 90 max

*2 Red bowl Bouncers each over for pacers or spinner
*Max 8 overs of any type of bowler (pace, spin or medium)
* Batsman should not be standing outside off stump or down the pitch.
Teams

Club teams with Current International Players (IPL 2018, BBL 2018, etc)
Custom players NOT allowed
NOT part time bowler allowed to bowl in match (example, virat, devilliers, etc)
Editing restrictions

*Player Editing will be strictly monitored*
No editing height, physical attributes
No editing of skill types of the players
E.g. Cannot change bowler to batsman or bowler to all rounder etc.
*Any player found violating the team and editing restrictions will have fix their team/player and start new game*
*Glitches

Umpire decision is final, if he gave not out, then no need to give wicket
*All runout / stumping glitches are allowed. If Ball is Disappearing then save n exit and resume again
However, if the match is lagging too much. You can save and resume later or restart the if both parties agree.
