Pardon my ignorance about Australian politics, but what exactly happened to Kevin Rudd? I mean why was he suddenly ousted from office and replaced by this Gillard lady?

The party replaced him, because they were not very happy with him I guess. I have no idea because I haven't been following politics for a few years.

Rudd was the leader of the Labour party and Gillard was also a part of the Labour party. The liberal party has been starting to gain an edge over Rudd and if that continues then Tony Abbet (liberal leader) could become the next PM. So the Labour members were pushing for Gillard to challenge Rudd as the PM to get the Labour party back in front so Liberal don't win the next election.

It's something like that, I didn't even know/care what was happening last night. It was all over twitter but I was too busy watching Death Note. Plus I never pay attention to politics but I was half listening to what my dad was saying.

I have finally finished college. Had my last exam today, English, went alright, could have been better could have been worse. PE yesterday went pretty well so overall I think I've given it a decent shot. Now almost 2 months of nothing, then get my results, go off to New York and then hopefully Leeds festival. Good times.

I have finally finished college. Had my last exam today, English, went alright, could have been better could have been worse. PE yesterday went pretty well so overall I think I've given it a decent shot. Now almost 2 months of nothing, then get my results, go off to New York and then hopefully Leeds festival. Good times.

Well done, I finished yesterday, doing an end of year BBQ for our Themed Event unit, got some bad sunburn, but so glad to have finished.
