I am starting to use Fahrenheit more and more.

Is it double the number and add ten to get a vague Fahrenheit temperature from Celsius? I don't think I could ever use Fahrenheit similarly I find Kilometres an hour unnerving like they are mocking me for not knowing how fast they are.

Yep. A scale of 0 (really cold) to 100 (really hot!) just seems easier to me. 0 in Celsius is cold but ehh not THAT cold and i'm guessing 100 is around 35-40? Weird. Plus you can get a more accurate reading through F.

Not quite double, and you add 32: F= (9/5)C+32

I too hate using Kilometers. Just go miles, miles per hour, etc. The only place I prefer using KMPH is bowling speeds in cricket. Miles just don't feel the same...lol

Same thing with yards/meters. Just use feet!!

I agree, mph and ft for the win. Lets leave the metric system to the socialists :p

I like the sound of 'yards', but it'll screw up athletics so I'd like to stick with metres.

I'm being stalked/harassed on fb by some chick :( Apparently the definition "leave me alone" has changed some what since I last used it!!!

Advice time?

Or try:

"Okay I'll meet up with you, but I need you to be wearing Ronald McDonald costume."

If that don't scare her off (before she looks in your pants), nothing will.
