I doubt he had the correct duelling pistols let alone new the rules that have to be adhered to. There's a duel most days over here barely get time to put my duelling robes away.

Two people who hold similar positions in the UK government. Was perfectly apt comparison to show how it would play out in the UK had it occured today.
