Not sure in his particular case but 99.9% of "new" members that get banned are just multiple accounts of previously banned ones.

Have I mentioned how much I hate the fact that the Euro 2010 is being hosted here? Bloody construction work's been going on since May, and caused so much disruption. Tram lines and routes are changing every other week. So annoying

Still annoying though. All the routes are jumbled up, so you have to plan a new one almost every other week. Missed my class the other day cos my usual No. 12 tram couldn't get there as the construction obstructed its other stops. Ridiculous
