If I earned something I would want to make a savings deposit out of it. That way you can earn interest on your amount. And if I would have a huge amount with me I would want to invest it for sure. In India the more you save the better stability you can have from an income's perspective. The opinions in this regards changes according to the economy of a Country.Spend it all within the first week no doubt!
