Today I came across my Sportsbook Statistics and I can't believe that I'd wagered around 8M.
My winning and losing ratio are almost same

It's December and I'm looking forward to my company's policy of making employees use a portion of their Annual Leave to take a mandatory 2-week holiday. Some people frown upon this rule but I cannot fathom why someone would be against that

I'm an employer, my staff would hate this rule, plus i wouldn't be able to run the office properly if they were all off at the same time. It would be a lot quieter though!

Well, yes it's not 100% of staff, more like 90% as you do need someone to handle things just in case.

However, why would your staff be against it? Time off from work is a great thing, isn't it?

My staff like to take their annual leave at their leisure, i have 8 staff members and 2 permanent contractors, those with families like to take their leave during school holidays, those with no families like to take their leave during term time as it's a lot cheaper to book a holiday, i don't mind when anyone takes leave as long as I'm not short staffed.
