Our top order did extremely well in both the innings but questions need to be asked to our middle & lower order who threw away the set platform in both innings. Nevertheless, we have won our first game of the tournament. We would regroup ourselves before our next match and think on the areas we can improve.

This man Talha Hayat is some character! What a knock that, he deserves a lot of credit for this win. The top order too which got them off to a flier. Wonderful matches thus far, Avengers winning makes this comp much more interesting. Mavericks have been defeated at home, great result for the winners.

Just like we've seen in the other games, Talha Hayat comes in clutch to save us from another embarrassing collapse. But great to finally get some points, our batsmen really stepped up this game, along with some great bowling from Neptune with that 6-fer.
