Hi guys, something that really annoys me about this game is the fact that it impossible to run a single. I don't mean where you play the ball, say to mid on and take on a risky single, I mean when the field is fairly well back, and you just want to push the ball slowly towards cover, and run a leisurely single, you can't do that, you cannot hit the ball so that it goes slowly towards a certain fielder, at least in my considerable hours of gameplay with Cricket 24 and all previous Big Ant cricket games.
So come on guys, tell me I'm wrong and show me how you actually CAN push a single towards a deep square leg and just jog down the pitch for a nice , easy single.
