Don't know how to train him though. I want him to make U19 Nat so I was thinking 3 x bowl, 2 x bat, 1 x stam, 1 x field and 1 x wk. Then I'll sell my 18 yo trainee, put my other 17 yo which I bought on 2 batting nets and stop the 2 nets on my 22 yo's. A few seasons and his concentration will catch up, don't have any gap at all between bowling and consistency and stamina should only be a couple of seasons to become good.
