The thing I find fish is the G and stock placement.

I don't even know why someone will ever try this kind of work. Seriously be innovative, be known for your thinking and not someone others thinking.

The avatars look like just select, copy and paste to be quite fair, they needed a bit experimenting while the Mourinho one looks better but I believe that stock placement could have been much better. The double-render in the signature looks LQ, it makes to whole siggy LQ, the text is out of place as well. Overall, I'd say that you work lacked experimenting and quality.
