Martial and Casemiro look great, rest are overdone with lights.

Over blurred, over lightened. I think you can make good use of curves and colors, stick to it, play with it. Why blur more?

Also lightning using brush is poorly executed, no good placement and inaccurate spreading. Get over it.

I think all of the avatars barring Martial could've done with better (and less) lighting. Text too doesn't look appealing. You can do better. Good luck!
