Sam's ExE Patch

Sam, excellent work mate. Played out an entire 50 overs and not one instance to suggest there was a mix up. No run outs anymore I suppose and at times CPU ran took advantage of misfields too. I have bowled on a dusty type of pitch and there was no evidence of outrageous running. In the coming days when I get a chance to play on other types of tracks will let you know if there were any hiccups. Great work mate, keep it coming.

Not sure if this version of exe hides the cursor when we bat if not any chance of incorporating that into this exe. Even otherwise I can save at the end of my bowling turn and then use the no cursor exe anyway. It would save some time if the no cursor patch is available in this exe. Again I have to say this is a top work, take a bow.:cool:

Does this exe version of yours Sam, makes CPU to bowl no balls and makes the batting tough by hiding and exposing the bowling cursors just on time ?

no. There aren't any no balls bowled by the cpu

i think we should test this patch on wet/damp pitches coz on these pitches the run-out bug takes place the most.

And what about the line up fixed? Which is fixed by your previous exe. Does your this version also includes line up fixs in both version of game?

this patch seems to be working wonders for me, im getting virtually no runouts at all. great work sam

I played a complete CPU vs. CPU test match (seeing as it's the AI that has the run-out bug) with the new exe...there were about 7 runouts in the match...

Compared with the 7 you would get PER INNINGS without the exe makes quite a difference in my book.

Hi sam, tested you patch seems to fix the run out bug but the team line up issue is still there , ie it doen't fix the line up bug like your previous exe

Actually it is only for testing and not a final release so I think we should wait for it until he releases final exe.

whats going on with this exe? i need an exe that fixes both the run outs and the line up problem? I guess id rather have the run outs but still id like both fixed if thats possible

yea....ii don't get the point of making 2 exes coz obviously we can't use both of them at the same time.

and if this exe is just for testing, then where is the final version.

sam posts once in every century. i think he should let us know as to whats going on.
