i was not at all fully active in these days,well thank you for making this thread alive now come to the point ,no need to talk about his talent,don't under estimate someone's talnet by there attitude absolutly we have many upcoming pace bowlers but show me some semers who can consistanetly bowl in away pitches at best unfortunatley there is no bowler for india now esepct Zaheer Khan & Sreesanth. when India played with south Africa series (last series) shaun pollock stated a statement "Sreesanth is the only bowler who is successful in our soil" that's the fact he consistent bowler mates even Dravid trusted him,just see what Greg chappel tell about sreesanth searc in google .About his innocence still there is no evidence aganist him & still every one believe his as a fixer due to his attitude & behavior. i want to hear one thing what will you do if court decided sreesanth is innocent .

I hope that is not the reason why you are by his side on the issue. Mohammad Amir of Pakistan was by country miles a better bowler than Sreesanth but he had to face the ban on being proved as guilty. There are just no two ways about it regardless of the talent, skill, expertise whatever you would like to count. I myself has not given time to find out check and double check whether there is any written piece of evidence against Sreesanth on internet but I do not think he is a fool to keep quiet for so long and not sue the police if he was innocent. I mean once you are claimed to be guilty, it is up to you (here, Sreesanth) to prove the innocence and if you are not able to do that, I am afraid you will be taken as guilty in most cases by the court of law unless there is an absolute evidence presented to the court out of nowhere that generates enough doubt in the mind of the judge to award the accused the benefit of doubt.

i want to hear one thing what will you do if court decided sreesanth is innocent .

Watch him play. I know it might sound a bit rude but if he is innocent and proved so, I would love to watch him play otherwise the bars are were he should be. Like I mentioned above, talent, skill, records etc do not count on such occasions. You are proved wrong, you deserve to be behind the bars, if not, you continue to enjoy the freedom.

If he is proved innocent, then we can change the title of the thread to "save us from sreesanth". j/k. He is talented at seam bowling, definitely. But he is equally talented at being an idiot and wasting his talent. So IFF he is innocent, he will have to work hard to fix his attitude before he can start hovering around the Indian team

Since when has innocence to be proved in a court of law? Technically the law says that a man is innocent until proven guilty.

Of course, there is evidence of wrong-doing against Sreesanth and a prima facie case. There is a big difference between being convicted of a crime and being accused of the crime.

Also remember, police confessions are often suspect and not proper evidence.

Not trying to defend Sreesanth, but simply reiterating the principles of our justice system at least who it should be in theory. Also (non-judicial) bans by cricket bodies are always subject to redressal through courts though the relief might come too late in the day for the affected party to actually resume his career. Ask Azharuddin

Sreesanth, who played 27 Tests and 53 one-dayers and won two World cups for India was arrested and wrongly accused of Spot-fixing.
We hereby, have initiated to start this forum internationally to support n SAVE Sree from this misjudgment as he is and always will remain the pride ICON of India n Worldwide.
