First of all, the placement isn't good but the good thing is that they're resized well. Lightning is okay though, text looks okay but should have been over the render, acutally there's no need of text in avatars, for now at least. Keep up the good work!

It looks good, lightning is good and so is the stock placement. The text is just working as a filler there. Really there's no need for text specially for such stocks and at this stage. That lightning on the top however looks well done but doesn't suit the type of brightness there. Keep up the good work mate.

The Messi one's a bit too low. Placement isn't good and so ins't the lightning. Too bright and yellow-green. Try color balancing and playing with hue saturation and curves specially.
